Very professional. Very helpful. Danielle is amazing! She made booking and traveling so easy! She responded quickly, took the time to discuss our honeymoon plans, and gave us multiple location and room/package options. She also pre-booked all of our excursions. I received all the hotel, flight and excursion information right away in one document. A week before I left, she reviewed every detail with me about what to expect in regard to airport, shuttles to the hotel, excursions, hotel amenities, etc. and I was well aware of everything before we left for the trip. Danielle booked us the most amazing Italian honeymoon! From the start, she was patient, creative, and extremely helpful. Danielle organized all our hotels and transfers from Rome, Florence, Sienna, and Sorrento. Each hotel was beautiful and special. Danielle listened to our dream and suggested wonderful tours that were organized and were exactly what we wanted. She was available during our trip and gave us heads up if there were any issues that we may encounter such as possible strikes. However, everything worked out! Maureen was fantastic!!! When I was planning my honeymoon I was so lost and I looked on the NJ FB bride group and found this company. Maureen was a life saver and planned my entire honeymoon and made it absolutely spectacular. She sent me as many quotes as I wanted and all types of itineraries until I found the best one. After we booked she followed up with flight statuses, covid expectations, any types of changes that happened to the itinerary. She answered all my questions and if she couldn’t, she guided me in the right direction to find my answers. This will not be the last time I use Maureen and this company for any trips. I would have paid more if I booked my June 2021 cruise on my own. After a few months, I received an email from Danielle telling me that she found another discount and the price was lowered! My husband and I booked our honeymoon this past summer through Danielle and it was the best trip we have EVER had. It was so stressful to wedding plan so it was such a relief when Danielle planned and coordinated all of our honeymoon destinations, including the travel in between our hotels. It was as easy as telling her what we were looking for and she took our ideas and ran with them - it was AMAZING! It was so smooth from beginning to end, even with three different locations throughout the trip. Every hotel was pristine with phenomenal service and wonderful food. She chose areas of Spain that we never would have been able to find ourselves and everything was perfectly within budget. It’s been two months since we’ve been back and we STILL can’t stop talking about it! Even our friends and family still ask how we were able to go on a trip like that - I cannot recommend Danielle enough! It was definitely a trip to remember for the rest of our lives and we will never go on another overseas trip without her!
